| Army holds medical camp | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, Feb 26: 102 Madras Regiment under aegis of Arsenal Brigade and as part of ongoing operation Sadbhavana held a medical camp here today.
Medical camp was inaugurated by Cdr Arsenal Brigade. The camp provided free medical facilities for eye, ENT, Pediatrician, surgical, gynecology and dental checkup along dental checkup alongwith display of health education videos. A fully functional laboratory was also established.
Function was attended by military and civil dignitaries including officials from the local civil administration. It was reassuring to see the amount of faith the local populace has in the army and its welfare activities. Camp drew a large crowd from village Basantpur, Karyali, Dhanna, Dhanore, Kharoh, Karola, Baruni, Ghati, Thein and adjoining villages.
