| 2 barbers held with 1 kg charas | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 26: Two barbers were today arrested by police from Darhali area of Rajouri along one kilogram of charas.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided a barber shop at Darhali and recovered 1 kg charas from there.
Shop owners -- Abbas and Yousaf -- were then arrested and whisked away to police station where a case was registered against them
