| ITIL organizes Pulse Polio Immunization programme | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 27: A Pulse polio immunization programme was organized by India Telecom Infra Limited (ITIL) here today with a mission to eradicate this prevailing syndrome from India by 2020.
Entire team of India Telecom Infra Limited participated in this campaign with State Govt. of J&K and organized a camp at Digiana Puli, near Gurdwara, Gangyal, Jammu. ITIL not only distributed sweets to the children but also encouraged their parents to convey to others living in their vicinity to participate in the programme.
Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV) was given to more than 600 children of the locality. The Campaign was successfully organized under the guidance and support of circle Head Col (Retd) R K Dhar.
