Sacred Heart College, Paloura organises seminar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 27: Sacred Heart College of Education, Paloura today organised a day long state level seminar on Total Quality Management in the premises of the institutue. Nearly 50 participants of different colleges and University read out participated in the seminar and read out their papers. Apart from infrastructure facilities it is time now to concentrate on academic excellence to make educational institutions hub of activities so that quality is maintained, asserted Minister for Medical Education R S Chib while inaugurating the seminar. He said that responsibility of producing human resources is primarily on the institutional management. He said competent faculty ands experienced management can only maintain quality of education sector. It is of prime importance to focus on the skill development to counter the unemployment problems, said RS Chib and added that Union Ministry is planning to open 12000 ITIs and skill centres in the country. Chib praised management of Sacred Heart college of Education for Registering Grade ‘B’ in NAAC accreditation which is milestone depicting growth and development of the institution on the parameters laid down by accrediting agency.
