Football matches abandoned due to rains | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 27: Both the scheduled matches in the ongoing Rajiv Gandhi Gold Cup Football Tournament could not take place due to water logging in the GGM Science College ground because of overnight rains. Now, one of the matches, scheduled for today, shall be played tomorrow while other has been shifted for a later date by the organizers, All J&K Indira Gandhi People’s Association. “Due to wet ground, we could not hold today’s scheduled matches.
