| Chopra Family Murder case | | Arguments on Charge on March 5 | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb-28 :- Principal Sessions Judge Jammu AK Shan today fixed March 05, 2011 for arguments on charge in the much publicized murder case of Cement Tycoon RB Chopra and his wife Madhu Chopra, daughter Saloni Chopra, Servant Sonu and driver Jagan Nath;
The murders were committed on September 18, 2006. A Special Investigation Team was constituted. SIT arrested eight accused involved. One of the accused turned approver on whose statement the king-pin of Pradhi Gang Sangram Singh and his Kiran Pradhi was declared absconder and General Arrests Warrants were issued against them.
Later on Sangram Singh was produced by the Guna police and on the direction of Court Guna police handed over the Sangram Singh to J&K Police for investigation, but police has failed to extract requisite information from Sangram Singh during custodial interrogation. And later they got permission for Narco test. JNF
