| Police Present Challan against lady `ISI Agent’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb-28 :- Doda Police today presented challan against Yasmeena Begum w/o Ghulam Hussain Wani r/o Sarwal Marmat Tehsil Doda alleged associate of self-style Divisional Commander HM Ghulam Nabi Code Javed Qureshi u/s 3EAO, 7/25 Arms Act r/w section 212/ 216 RPC in the Court of Special Judge under Enemy Agent Ordinance.
According to the challan the Marmat police received information that Yasmeena Begum w/o Ghulam Hussain Wani alleged associate of self-styled Divisional Commander HM Ghulam Nabi code Javed Qureshi busy in the area to create terrorism at the behest of PAK Agency ISI for waging war against established Govt by law and also arranging ammunition for militants. The allegation against the said lady accused is that she is providing shelter to militants and also providing the information about the movement of the Security Forces in the area to militant of HM. After the arrest of Yasmeena Begum and on her disclosure some ammunition and magazines were recovered and after completion of the investigation today presented challan in the Court. JNF
