| NCP calls for making SAC, SVC functional | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 28: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has called for making State Accountability Commission (SAC) and State vigilance Commission (SVC) functional at the earliest.
Addressing the meeting of state party leaders here today, State NCP chief Thakur Randhir Singh said that decisive campaign must be launched in Jammu and Kashmir to tackle corruption at all levels so that benefits of libera1 funding provided by the centra1 government percolate down to the bottom.
State CP supported the resolution for inclusion of Bodhi Language in the Eighth schedule of the constitution without any opposition and appreciated the move of Ladakh Autonomous will Development Council (LAIIDC) to adopt an insignia similar to the National emblem.
