| Jesus cares Convent school celebrates Annual Day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 28: Jesus cares Convent school, today celebrated their annual day at Abhinav theatre Rt. Rev. Dr. Peter Celestine (Bishop) was the chief Guest and Rev. Father Ivan Pereira was the Guest of honor The programme started with the traditional lighting of the lamp of the chief guest, followed by welcome speech by the Principal- in which she welcomed the chief guest, guest of honour, Parents and other distinguished guests.
The programme was enriched with breath taking items prepared by the student. All praised the talent exhibited by the tiny tots. The programme included a beautiful short play depicting our cultural, gems of Jammu, Rhymes and Hymns, etc.
The school toppers were also felicitated by giving in various competitions prize. Very caring and hard working parents were also given prizes appreciating their efforts and cooperation towards the growth and progress of their wards.
The chief guest and guest of honour appreciated the efforts made by the school in the over all development of children in education and co-curricular activities.
