| Pak national held in Poonch | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 28: A Pak national was today apprehended by army on the Line of Control (LoC) in Mendhar area of Poonch.
He was identified as Neera Ali of Gujjran Wala in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).Official sources said army personnel of 11 Kumaon and 120 Brigade noticed suspicious movement on the LoC at Mendhar.
When the suspect came close to fence, army troops caught hold of him, the sources added.
Preliminary investigation revealed that he was a cloth seller and had accidentally crossed over to this side of the LoC.He was later handed over by army to police. |
