| Court granted bail to KBA Chief | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua, March-01 :- Additional Sessions Judge Jammu GK Pandita today granted bail to Main Abdul Qayoom President Kashmir Bar Association in a case registered by Gharota Police Station u/s 120-B (Criminal Conspiracy), 121 (Waging or attempting to wage, war, or abetting the waging of war against the Govt), 121-A Conspiracy to Commit Certain offences against the state), 124-A RPC (Sedition) and section 13 Unlawful Activities Act with the direction that Mian Abdul Qayoom be released from custody in FIR NO 107/2010 P/S Gharota after furnishing bail and bond and surety bond to the tune of Rs 20,000/-.
In 18 pages order Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Mr. GK Pandita after hearing both the sides directed Police Station Janipur to file status whether the Mian Abdul Qayoom is arrested in the fir lodged by the Janipur Police station. JNF
