Release of NOC for unemployed Stone crusher aspirants demanded | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Kathua March 2, Secretary JKPCC Manohar Singh has urged the district administration to make the fast and fair processing of the stone crusher files which are still lying in the office of the Adl. DC Kathua for the last three months. He was addressing a press conference. He said that the unemployed youth of the state have started to establish their own stone crushing units but due to some objections it was strictly stopped by not issuing the NOCs by the district administration Kathua. He said that the district administration should conduct the fair enquiries immediately to take the final decision in order to issue the NOCs or not, to clear the applicants of the crushers. The administration should not use the policy of harassing these unemployed youth and must be clearly told that they can establish their unit or not. He said that the government has no vast potential to accommodate the more unemployed youth in government sector, and to tackle the problem of unemployment the government has adopted many measures in the forms of loan schemes, training schemes, and etc but in such condition if any unemployed youth become ready to establish their own enterprises then it becomes the moral duty of government and administration to boost and encourage such youth to make their own private source of income.
