| KPs inseparable part of Kashmiri society | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 3: Socialistic Democratic Party (SDP) today said that Kashmiri Pandits are an important and inseparable constituent of Kashmiri society.
In a handout issued here today, President of SDP of Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi today visited Kashmiri pandit camps at Purkho and Nagrota in connection with Herat celebrations. Dr Andrabi was accompanied by party General Secretaries Ajay Kumar and Aijaz Rashid. Dr Andrabi met some family members whose kith and kin had been killed by militants two decades ago.
She said that the exodus of this intellectual community from Kashmir was a great loss to our traditions and she was not ready to accept their absence from Kashmir as permanent. She said that small sustenance packages of the government are just an eye wash. Dr Andrabi said that this de-rooted community has to be honorably resettled in the valley of Kashmir.
