Jammu, March 3: A condoles meeting of National congress party (NCP) was convened at party headquarters under the chairmanship of KKILAM chairman Migrant cell J&K and District president Kulgam (NCP) wherein the sudden demise of Rani Fotedar D/O Lt Justice Kulgam was mourned .
