| Thin attendance of students in schools | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kishtwar , Mar 4:- The decision of Govt. for opening all educational schools after winter vacations on March 1st seems ineffective , as all the schools were opened , but most of the schools remain without students , no parent preferred to sent their children in school owing to bad weather and chilling climate at Kishtwar, where constant raining has made the life of common man full of difficulties.
Since most of Govt. Primary Schools as well as Middle School lacks proper sitting arrangements and insufficient infrastructure it has even become difficult for the teachers to spend working hours in the school premises.
