| Warm sendoff given to outgoing Class X students | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, March 04: The Alexander Memorial School organized a farewell party for the outgoing students of class X, in the school premises here today.
On the occasion Ashok Khajuria MLA Jammu East Inaugurated the open air roofed shelter at. The expenses for the same were from his Constituency Development Fund. He also wished the outgoing students of class 10th for their prosperous future.
Former Deputy Director School Education & Commissioner I.D Soni, Priest-in-charge St Paul’s Church Rev Vicky Sunny, Anthony Ignatius and member of the Managing Committee were also present.
Master Akash Kharoo and Miss Kaur were chosen Master Alexian after a tough quiz competition. Master Arunesh Sarin and Master Abdul Basti Khan won a cash prize for excelling in Computer Literacy Programme along with Master Misbah-ul- Qumer and Master Akash Kharoo.
Master Varun Koul was choosen as best well dressed boy and Salavia Mathew as best well dressed girl.
Earlier, Esther William, Principal of the School welcomed Ashok Khajuria, ex-corporators Gulshan Mahajan, and Rajesh Gupta. The management of the school was extremely grateful to the MLA.
