| Workshop on post harvest management organised | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu , March 5: The Department of Horticulture Planning and Marketing organizes training or workshop on Post Harvest Management of Agriculture Produce at Garden Estate where all the officers /field functionaries of Horticulture (P&M) from Jammu province and senior officers from Head office participated.
The discussions included scientific marketing, development of markets in rural and in urban areas with a view to provide forward and backward linkage i,e, marketing enforcement of agriculture produce, Market regulation Act 1997, its amendments. G.Q.Baba Joint Director Horticulture (P&M), A.R. Wazir, Deputy Director Central and J.P. Sharma Area Marketing officer spoke on the different topics.
