AKHNOOR, Mar 06: One person was today apprehended by police at Khada
in Khour here for possessing PWD cement bags.Acting on a tip-off, police raided the residence of Mukesh Kumar at Khada and recovered 28 cement bags of PWD, police sources said.The bags were seized and Mukesh arrested, the sources added.
During his questioning, he told police that he had purchased the cement from a contractor.
Police had registered a case against Mukesh under section 411 and 420 of RPC and launched a manhunt to nab the contractor.
