Jammu, Mar 7: United Public Hr. School Channi-Himmat celebrated Annual Day today.
The students of the school presented beautiful cultural items based on National Integration and appreciated by the audience. Rajni Sharma, Principal of the school gave welcome address & highlighted the achievement of United Public Hr. School. She also lauded the role of late S.S.Dua for the upliftment of the institution.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest Dilbag Singh. I.G.P Jammu appreciated the role of management ,staff and students of the institution.
He asked the student community to become police officers in future or do well as doctors and engineers.
He also asked the local residents to get united against anti national elements and assured the gathering that in case of any type of difficulty they can contact him or any other police personal around the clock. He said majority of the persons of J&K are peace loving.
Mohd Syed Akhoon , senior. leader National Conference said that the student community has to maintain discipline in life in order to succeed in life. He said that UPHSS is serving the people by giving quality education.
Natha Ram , Chief Educational Officer Jammu said that parents should ensure that the school in which they are going to admit their ward is recognized or not. He said That UPHSS Channi-Himmat is charging very nominal fee from the students and appreciated the management for the low fee structure of the school.
Prizes were distributed among the meritorious students and memento to the Chief Guest Dilbagh Singh was presented by Mohd Syed Akhoon.
