JAMMU: PDP leader Vikram Singh was all happy when a scribe called him up in the afternoon to get from him the Dayaran accident details as the incident had occured near his place of residence.
Vikram, who did not know about the incident that left four dead, told the scribe that he would call him back soon after he got to know the details.
After few minutes, he telephoned the scribe. Weeping inconsolably and almost sobbing, he could only say: "Meri beti bhi accident mein mari gayi (My daughter is also killed in the incident)."
He uttered these words with a great effort and the line was cut after that. |
