| Govt hailed for filling up posts of docs in Bhaderwah hospital | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, March 9: Former Minister and MLA Bhaderwah Mohammad Sharief Niaz has a hailed the government decision and thanked Health Minister Sham Lal Sharma for filling up the vacant posts of doctors in the sub district hospital Bhaderwah .
Earlier, Niaz had visited the Sub District Hospital, Bhaderwah last week and expressed anguish over the fate of SDH, Bhaderwah where except for Block Medical Officer no other doctor was present while most of them had left the station without leave and charged that wards and operation theatre was locked due to non-availability of doctors and other staff in the hospital. He also threatened to go on hunger strike if the government remained unconcerned over the demand for toning up healthcare facilities in Bhaderwah. He also raised this issue in the legislative assembly.
He also demanded the posting of doctors in sub district hospital Gandoh .
