| Separate organization for document registration | | BAJ to go on strike | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, March-09 :- The Bar Association Jammu has decided to go on strike against the decision of the government to create a separate organization for document registration.
A meeting of the BAJ was held today with the president, B S Salathia in chair to discuss the development. The BAJ decided to abstain from all work on March 10 to protest the government decision.
The BAJ while expressing concern said that the government was taking away the registration powers from judicial officers.
