| Preparation for ‘Annual Lecture’s Day’ in full swing | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, March 10: The Central House of Representatives which met at Jammu under the Chairmanship of H.D Qureshi its State President reviewed the overall scenario in the Department with special focus on the preparations for Annual Lecturer’s Day.
All the District Presidents of Jammu Region along with Central leadership were present in the meeting , besides the representatives from every part of province in the day long session.
The House finalize the District wise Quota of delegates for participation in the main function of Annual Day at General Zorawar Singh ( GZS) Auditorium at Jammu University and the District Presidents assured that names of delegates will be sent to Central Office 10 days earlier for necessary arrangements.
The House decided to make all the boarding and lodging arrangements for the delegates participating from Ladakh and Kashmir Regions besides the Educationists from reputed Institutes like NCERT, RIEs, NUEPA, CBSE, Colleges and Universities.
H.D Qureshi, the State President of the Forum while speaking on this occasion nominated B.D Sharma District President Jammu as Chairman of Management Committee to monitor all the arrangements to host the visiting delegates from within the State and also the other States.
Qureshi informed that about two thousand delegates are going to attend the conference.
