| JKITCO organizes prog on capacity building | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu , March 10 : Jammu and Kashmir ITCO today organized a one day programme on capacity building on use of consultancy services by client organizations in association with consultancy Development Centre (CDC) DSIR, Ministry of Science and Technology Govt of India New Delhi at II. D. Centre Batta Ballian, SICOP Industrial Estate, Udhampur.
President Industrial Association Darshan Kumar Mehra was the chief guest
Others present included industrialists from the Industrial Estate and officers of J&K SICOP District Industries Centre Udhampur.
Chief Consultant S.P Sud in his welcome address spoke about the background and aims and objectives of J&KITCO with CDC in capacity building on use of consultancy services in Government Department, PSUs Industries and other client organizations.
Darshan Kumar Mehra in his speech stressed upon the importance and role of industrial activities in economic Industries at Battal Ballian
Binoy Kumar Consultant took the technical session on different aspects of selection of consultant’s viz Short listing of Consultants, Proposal Invitation, and Proposal Evaluation.
S.P Sud in his vote of thanks highlighted the role of J&KITCO .
