| Public durbar held in Udhampur | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
UDHAMPUR, Mar 11: To take stock of problems and demands of the people, District Development Commissioner (DDC) Udhampur Baseer Ahmed Khan convened an open public durbar at Dubduba Basti in Jakhani area of Udhampur district today.
Speaking on the occasion, Local residents put forth the problems and demands before the Deputy Commissioner which included BPL ration card for resident of Dubduba Basti, construction of road from Chandi Mata at Jakhani, New connection of drinking water supply, Construction of Primary School building and renovation of houses of the people of Dubduba Basti.
He also gave the instructions to Executive Engineer, PWD for preparation of fresh estimate for the Renovation. The DDC assured the inhabitants of the Basti that their genuine demands would paid due consideration and be taken up with the concerned departments for their early solution
