Soz favours CM rotation

anantnag: Favouring CM rotation in Jammu and Kashmir state, Pradesh Congress Committee Chief, Saif -Din Soz on Friday said that coming Panchayat Elections in state will be contested on non-party basis.
Talking to media person on the sidelines of a function, Professor Saif-din-soz said, "Congress favours CM rotation in JK but it is upto high command and they will honour their decision."He assured the parents of the arrested youth of his full cooperation. "The matter shall be taken up with New Delhi", he said.
Talking on Panchayat Elections, Soz said that elections will be held in coming months and will be on non-party basis .
"Panchayat Elections are important as they can play an important role in prosperity and development of the state, and can work as community justice centres," he added While replaying to a question Soz said, " I am well informed that there are some miscreants who in tandem with some self -interested political leaders want to disturb peace in valley and are on the budge to destroy the social fabric of Kashmir by means of disharmony. UPA Government is going to bring a bill in parliament 'Whistle Blowing Act' for transparent and good governance that will support Jk state to a large extent ."
Soz, was addressing a gathering in Dak Banglow Khanabal of Islamabad, in which a large number of Seva Dal activists and other congress works participated. Which was also addressed by Hilal Ahmad Shah and Inayat Uallah Rather It is important to mention that Pradesh Congress Committee has organised a five day long training camp for Seva Dal activists , first time in Kashmir.
