| Assembly-2011 | | Rather tables ordinance NO: 1-2011 | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu March 12- The Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs Mr. A. R. Rather today placed on the table of the House a copy of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services( Special Provisions Amendment) ordinance, 2011 (ordinance No-1 2011), as required under Section 91 the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to this ordinance, the Empowerment Committee shall not entertain any case of adhoc, contractual and consolidated appointee after the expiry of period specified in sub- section (2) .i.e. beyond January 31, 2011.
