| IETE Students Day celebrated | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, March 12: IETE Students Day was celebrated by the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) Jammu Centre today celebrated IETE Students Day at Govt. Boys Polytechnic, Nazir Hussain Malik, Principal, Govt. Polytechnic was the Chief Guest on the occasion. He appreciated the initiatives taken by IETE in our State for the promotion of the student activities.
Addressing the august gathering, Sh. Joy Ganjoo, Hon. Chairman, IETE Jammu Centre on the theme Advances on Information Technology said that IT is a powerful educational enabler. He added that IT has become an integral part of our everyday life and encourage the students to participate in such academic events.
A large number of students from different Institutions of Jammu, Faculty members of teaching, research scholars and non-teaching staff, besides the Fellows and Members of IETE attended the event.
