| 2011-Hajj forms to be issued from March 16 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Srinagar, Mar 13 : The 2011-Hajj applications forms will be issued from Wednesday at all district headquarters in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the Jammu and Kashmir State Hajj Committee (SHC), Srinagar, all the intending pilgrims of Haj-2011 are hereby informed to collect the Haj application forms from the office of respective Deputy Commissioners from March 16.
The intending pilgrims of Srinagar would collect the Hajj application forms from Haj House, Srinagar, from the same date, the committee added.
The intending pilgrims would deposit their Haj application forms in the Haj House Bemina complete in all respects after going through the application form as well as instructions appended thereto.
The last date to receive the forms along with necessary documents is April 30. No application form would be entertained after the expiry of the said date.
The Committee said the application of only those pilgrims would be entertained who would posses a valid passport.
Thousands of people, mostly those intending to undertake the pilgrimage, have applied for passport in the office of Regional Passport Office (RPO) here during the past few months.
For security reasons, no passport was issued without the verification report from police and state intelligence agencies
