| Soz for massive participation in panchayat polls | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Mar 13: Jammu Kashmir Congress chief Saif-ud-din Soz today asked his party workers to ensure massive participation of people in the Panchayat elections scheduled to be held next month.
Soz explained the need for participation of people in the elections. "The panchayats can serve as told of development and justice", he said. .
The dates for the elections are likely to be announced shortly. |
