| NC leaders from Mendhar joined PDP | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, March 14: Impressed by the policies and progrommes of the party, a large number of Gujjar leaders of National Conference from Mendhar assembly segment of Poonch district joined Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Those who joined PDP belong to Harooni Gursai Panchayat of Mendhar tehsil.
Welcoming those who joined PDP, MLA Mendhar Sardar Rafiq Hussain Khan
said that during three year tenure as Chief Minister of the State, Mufti Mohamad Sayeed has set an example of good governance.
He said that it was result of the good governance of previous regime of Mufti
Mohammad Sayeed that large number of people have been coming forward
to join this party.
Speaking on the occasion, Gujjar leaders said that they have decided
to join PDP due to the policies and programes of the PDP.
