| Ramisht colleges organizes seminar on ‘Challenges in Education' | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, March 15: The Ramisht College of Education, Basohli organized an Inter College Seminar on the topic “Challenges in the Education", here today.
On the occasion, Pardeep Padha Principal DIET Basohli was the chief guest and Rajinder Parshad Sharma Chairman of the College was the guest of honour.
In this seminar, a large number of students of the different colleges took part with great zeal and zest.
While expressing her views on the topic, Payal Sharma, a student of the Guru Gang Dev College said that education has become an inevitable part of life and it is essential for the all-round development of individual personality.
Mohd. Irfan, a student of Ramisht College of Education Basohli said that reservation and child labour are the major challenges in the education and financial crisis is also a reason which forces children to indulge in child labour.
Sheetal Sharma of Guru Gang Dev College of Education Channi, Mohd Irfan of Ramisht College of Education Basohli and Amrit Kaur of Bharat College of Education Kathua secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Mementos and certificates were also given to the position holders.
