| Ex-public prosecutor joins NC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu , March 15: Senior Advocate and former Public Prosecutor of District Kathua Trilok Nath Gupta today joined National Conference at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan in presence of Provincial President Rattan Lal Gupta and other senior leaders of the party.
While joining the party to strengthen the party in district Kathua, he said he was convinced that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was determined to mitigate the sufferings of the people He also apprised the Provincial President to help the poor and needy people in the field of legal fraternity.
Rattan Lal Gupta while welcoming the new entrant into the party fold hoped his joining would definitely open the doors of other intellectuals and people of legal fraternity to join the party. He called upon Trilok Nath Gupta to work with other senior National Conference workers of district Kathua to strengthen the party and also ensure legal help to the needy people in the coming panchayat elections. On the occasion, Dhian Chand District President Kathua and Prem Singh were present.
