| SVO presents challan against JDA officials | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Mar 15: The state vigilance organization today presented a challan in the court of special judge anti-corruption, Jammu, against two JDA officials.
The officials included the then senior assistant Sita Ram and helper Kuldeep Kumar.
They were alleged to have fabricated documents of a piece of land at Paloura Housing Colony, which as already alloted to Sat Pal Sharma on December 11, 1995, to transfer its ownership in the name of
complainant Rajan Gupta.
After the completion of investigation in the case, SVO today presented the challan in the court.
