JAMMU, Mar 16: Special judge anti-corruption, Jammu, A K Koul today
framed corruption charges against patwari Ganesh Pal and agent Balwant Raj.
Ganesh was patwari halqa Gokle Chak, Ramgarh, when he and Balwant
were caught red handed by state vigilance organisation while demanding and accepting bribe.On January 12 last year, they were alleged to have taken a bribe of Rs 1,000 from the complainant. The money was recovered from the agent. ( JNF) |
