| Court frames charges in murder case | | |

First Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Mr. GK Pandita framed charges against accused Kuldeep Singh alias Deepa Master and Ravi Kumar alias Sonu r/o Arnia Tehsil Bishnah who are facing trail in committing the murder of Harkailash Sharma of Arnia.
While framing Charge u/s 302/34 RPC Mr. GK Pandita after hearing APP Harpal Singh and Advocate Usman Salaria appearing for the prosecution and Advocate DS Saini appearing for the accused persons observed that accused Kuldeep Singh and Ravi Kumar are presently in proper custody and after hearing the both sides at length and perused the material submitted by the police. From the perusal of material on which the prosecution is banking, accused prima-facie appears to be involved for the commission of offence u/s 302/34 RPC. Accused have been separately charged under these sections. They have pleaded not guilty, as such the prosecution is directed to lead evidence in support of its case and fixed calendar for the further hearing of the case.
