| JKUFGA flays admn, police for canecharging | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu , March 17: All J&K Unemployed Forestry Graduate Association (JKUFGA) today flayed the administration and police for canecharging peaceful march of forest graduates.
It may be mentioned that in the month of December, S.S.R.B advertised 279 posts of forester and forest protection force inspector in forest department the criteria for selection mentioned in the advertisement is that the marks obtained in 12th class are given weightage of 55 points. But the professional qualification likes B.SC. Forestry were not given due weightage so the candidate passing B.SC and M.SC forestry have raised their voice against the criteria fixed by the J&K S.S.RB but no attention have been paid their demand either by the state government.
Meanwhile, the forestry graduate dharna have entered in 22nd day
President JKUFGA Vishal Sharma Vice president sahil pandoh and Gen Secy Yaser Arafat showed their resentments against the harsh treatment given to them by the police and the administration
They warned the government if their demand is not fulfilled soon, they will continue their agitation till their demands will not be fulfilled
