| Volleyball tourney by Police in R S Pura | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, March 18: Under its Civic Action Programme, the Jammu and Kashmir Police is organizing a two-day open volleyball tournament at Government Higher Secondary School, Allah in border tehsil of RS Pura from tomorrow.
This was stated by Sub-Division Police Officer, RS Pura, HS Gill speaking to SAN here today. “In all, 10 teams, representing different clubs, are taking part in this knock-out event being organised under Civic Action Programme of the J&K Police,” informed DySP, Gill.
He further said, “The competition is being organised with an aim to build police-public relationship and also to activate the local populace by way of holding recreational activities at their door steps.”
