JAMMU, Mar 18: Police today arrested the youth who Wednesday allegedly cut the arm of his rival at Dogra Hall here. Identified as Murli, he had gone underground after the incident. He
was apprehended from Kabir Basti on a tip-off, police sources said. He was alleged to have cut the arm of Mohammed Yasser of Dogra Hall with a sharp-edged weapon near the Dogra Hall slaughter house
Wednesday.Police had registered a case against him.
