Agri technocrats criticize J&K govt | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 19: Agricultural technocrats sitting on fast unto death from February 21, 2011 for their genuine demands of regularization in state agricultural production department have strongly deplored the attitude of state government. Speaking to the media, Dr. Surinder Radotra said that agricultural technocrats are on roads for the last four years since the day, they joined the department as Rehbar-E-Ziraat. He added that technocrats who got degrees in agriculture sciences from prestigious institutions of the country are being deprived of other right to work. Radotra added that they were engaged on the pretext of providing regular government jobs on monthly stipend of Rs. 1500 which was enhanced up to Rs. 3000. Others who were present included Dr. Khursheed, Dr. Yasir Tak (Vice President), Dr. Maneet Singh (Vice President), Dr. Rajeev Sharma (General Secretary) and Dr. Riyaz Rather (General Secretary) were also present on the occasion.
