| SRSS organises ‘Mushaira’ on Holi | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Mar 19:
To celebrate the festival of colors ‘Holi’, the social organization Sab Ras Sahitya Sangam (SRSS) organized a ‘Mushaira’ here today.
On the occasion, the participating poets recited poems signifying the importance of the festival of colours and pleasures involved while playing the Holi.
Speaking on the occasion, the president of the Sangam Manohar Singh said that the diversity of India is just like the different colours we apply on Holi. The colours may be different but their appearance gives shine to the festival of Holi similarly India has several religions and cultures which presents a unique picture unity and brotherhood.
He said the festival like Holi spread the message of love, peace and unity among countrymen
