| Mula Ram meets congress workers of Domana | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, March 21:-
Former Minister and Senior Congress Leader. Mula Ram today met the people of Raipur Domana Assembly Segment addressed a meeting of Congress workers at Domana.
Addressing the meeting, Mula Ram said that service to people is his motto and his doors are open for the people irrespective caste, creed or colour. He asked the party workers to go to the people at the grass root level.
He said that Congress led UPA Govt. at the Centre has launched many welfare schemes for the poor and down trodden sections of the society. Party works should ensure the implementation of these schemes so that the maximum people are benefited.
Mula Ram also appealed the party workers to participate in large numbers in the ensuing Panchayat Elections. He added that the elections will be held on non-party basis, he stressed that the honest, educated and dedicated people should be chosen as panches and sarpanches to the elections of Panchayats, the basic institution of democracy.
Ravi Kant Seth- Block President Youth Wing of BJP and Rajinder Sharma-Block President of Youth Wing Panthers Party joined Congress party, along with their followers. They expressed their full faith over the Congress party and its leadership.
The meeting was also addressed by Block President Bhalwal Tallanter Singh, Sakander Singh, Shamsher Singh Chib, Sanjay Kumar, Bodh Raj, Rajinder Singh, Raj Dev Singh, Ramesh Singh, Ram Pal, Bhupinder Singh, Lakha Ram, Master Sibat Sigh, Sanjay Sharma and others.
