| NITSHI organized ‘Morning walk show’ | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, March 21: World Arbour Day was celebrated by NTSHI Society and Forest Division Nowshera. On this occasion a Morning Walk was organized in which DFO Nowshera V.S Senthal, Tehsildar Nowshera , S.D.P.O Nowshera Girdhari Lal, Major Manav from 80 BDE participated.
Almost 300 local people were present on this occasion. DFO, SDPO, Tehsildar Nowshera spoke on World Arbour Day and NEAC 2010-11.
Chairman NTSHI Society Naresh Kumar addressed the people and told them about ‘National Environment Awareness’ campaign launched by WWF J&K.
Prominent personalities of Nowshera including Subash Kapoor(Ex -Chairman), Prithvi Gujral(Vice-President NTSHI),Subash Chander Kohli, Kamal Kant, Pardeep Kumar, Prithvi Khokher, Dev Raj, Ashok Kumar(Sarpanch Langer) were present on the occasion .
