JKPA organises protests against Govt. | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 21: Jammu Kashmir Physiotherapists Association (JKPA) protested in response to state government decision of creating posts for physiotherapy in a phased manner, here today. Government has announced 103 posts but Posts will be advertised in consecutive years. President JKPA Dr Vimal alleged government is not holding the promise by announcing 103 posts but Posts will be advertised in consecutive years. Dr. Amera while addressing the gathering criticized the education policy of the Government and said government is only increasing the literacy rate but has no plans for the management of developed human resource. She said it is strange to note that we are already lacing in potential human resource that is evident from shortage of staff in any Government office, in hospital and soon at the same time we have huge unemployment of professionals and qualified persons. It is not that we have more professional than the required but they are not utilized. Dr. Amera questioned government dilemma of requirement and unemployment. Simultaneously, she said if this dilemma will not be solved the raising frustration among professional youth will lead to dangerous circumstances in the society. PDP state youth wing member Riaz Atish also warned the government about the exploitation of the youth and extended full support to JKPA.
