Judicial remand for MBBS/BDS exam impersonators | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 22: Chief judicial magistrate (CJM) M S Parihar today sent five accused in MBBS/BDS entrance exam impersonation case to judicial remand. The accused included Kuldeep Singh of Amritsar, Pankaj Kumar Priyadarshi of New Delhi, Kunj Bihari of Bihar, Kanaiya Kumar Vats and Rattan Lal Seghal of Jammu. All of them were produced by CBI before the CJM who sent them to 12 days judicial remand. In the MBBS/BDS impersonation scam, the accused were booked undersections 419 and 420 read with section 120-B of RPC and section 2/5 of PUE Act of 1987.
