| `Govt fails to provide employment to unemployed youth’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT KATHUA MAR 22:- The coalition regime led by Omar Abdullah has failed to provide employment to thousands of unemployed graduates. The number problems of unemployment such R-E-Z daily wagers, WSS workers, Home guards are still struggling for the permanent employment from the last several years. Such problems have forced the coalition to launch the campaign of Panchayat elections on non-party basis. The former district president of Unemployed Educated Youth Association Rajinder Pacifist, the state General Secretary of Agriculture technocrats Association Rajiv Sharma and the Youth leader Sanjeev Verma said that the main motive of the government to hide the actual and true face of the inadequacy and inefficiency which has captured the entire people of the state in bundle of fatal problems and it is the way of non party basis election on Panchayat level adopted by the present NC and Cong coalition regime to befool the people and nothing more than this. They said that the R-E-Z, home guard and several other daily wagers and the employee section, farmer section general educated youth, and common man are totally facing the cruelty of the government they do not want to cast their vote to these parties like Cong NC and etc. Senior citizen Avtar Krishan Trisal, Naryan Dutt Sharma and district president of National Panther Party Ravinder Singh Pathania said that the 260 crore rupees are already sanctioned for the Panchayat for the rural development but after the dissolving of Panchayats this benefit had been hanged up but now the decision of the Panchayats election on party basis is totally fraud and an attempt to get a safe way for the coalition partners who have completely failed on all fronts to address the public problems due to which it is very difficult to face the people for present coalition partner. They said if the government is truly wants to hold non party basis Panchayat election then the Government should order strictly to every winner Sarpanchs not affiliate with any political party any time and the article 73 and 74 should be amended to empower the Panchayats
