| Mendhar SDM withdraws pre-arrest bail application | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 22: Mendhar SDM Choudhary Mukihtar Ahmed, an accused in the fake gun licence scam, has withdrawn his anticipatory bail application.
The application was withdrawn by his lawyer when he came to know that the SDM had also been booked under section 5(2) of prevention of corruption Act.The bail application was filed in the court of second additional sessions judge Vinod Chatterji Koul.
