Panthers Party holds 28th foundation anniversary

Jammu ,March 23: A one-day historic convention of JKNPP was today organised on the occasion 28th anniversary at Parade Ground. Several resolutions were declared and passed.
In a condolence message on the death of Panthers Party leaders, the party paid tributes to Late Jagdev Singh Chanotra, Late G.L. Thakur, Late Raj Sehgal, Late Durga Das Abrol, Late Khem Raj Khajuria, Late Karan Dev Singh, Late Meenakshi Thakur, Late Sudershan Sambyal, Late Thoru Ram Sharma, Late Dilbag, Late Bishan Singh Saini, Late Choudhary Hans Raj, Late Dr. Thakur Das Chanotra, Late Jagdish Singh Dogra, Late Mohd. Ramzan and others who died in the past decades in their youth-hood.
The Panthers Party passed nine resolutions moved by Harsh Dev Singh, MLA (Leader of the Legislature Party), Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA (State President), Syed Rafiq Shah, MLC, Anita Thakur, H.C. Jalmeria (general secretaries), Farooq Ahmed Dar (Provincial President-Kashmir), Faqir Nath, ex-MLA (Provincial President-Jammu), Massod Andrabi (State Vice President), Maqbool Malik (State Secretary) and Mehboob Illahi and others.
Representatives of the Telangana Movement, Gorkhaland Movement, Harit Pradesh and the Reorganization of the States also addressed the session expressing full support to the Reorganization Movement in J&K launched by the Panthers Party.
Prominent among those who graced the occasion included Lt. General (retd.) B.N. Dhar, Major General (retd.) Jagdish Singh Jamwal, Prof. Hari Om, NCP State President, Randhir Singh Thakur, Former Minister and several other distinguished persons participated in the Anniversary Celebration.
Prof. Bhim Singh in his action-plan declared that the students and youth organizations shall take over Mubarak Mandi on 28 March in their protective control to save it from sell out as this is the identity of the Dogras which shall not be allowed to be demolished or converted into dancing hotel.
