| JE, 2 others sent to 5-day police remand | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 23:
Three persons, including a junior engineer of PHE department and a contractor, were today sent to five days police remand for allegedly indulging in black marketing of government cement.
180 cement bags of PHE department were yesterday seized by police from the house of Nirmal Singh in Satwari area. JE Ishat Baba and contractor Charanjeet Singh were arrested by police after Nirmal allegedly told police that he had purchased cement bags from them.They were today sent to five days police remand for their detailed interrogation.
