| Omar trying to act “ holier than thou" quoting Vajpayee out of context | | | Early Times Report

Reacting sharply to chief miniser Omar Abdullah’s reference to senior BJP leader Atal Behari Vajpayee in his reply to J&K legislature , the BJP State Spokesperson and National Executive Member Dr Jitendra Singh said that the CM was trying to act "holier than thou" by quoting Vajpayee out of conrtext at a time when Vajpayee is not in a positition to answer these references. He said the CM conveniently swallows the fact that though Vajpayee used the phrase "Insaniyat Ke Daaere Mein" as quoted by him, he never approved of a Kashmir solution outside the framework of Indian constitution and that is why the Vajpayee govt had rejected the Farooq Abdullah govt's Autonomy resolution and the rejection was equally endorsed by Omar Abdullah as a member of the Vajpayee council of ministers
